Particularly exposed to cardiovascular complications, the subject on dialysis is the subject of multiple controversies on antihypertensive treatments, anticoagulants, statins, explorations and treatment of coronary artery disease. We review recent data on pathophysiology and recommendations for cardiovascular exploration and treatments.
