Other symptoms of a heart attack include:

  • a feeling of “fear of death;

  • pallor of the face;

  • cold forehead;

  • acute feeling of pressure in the chest;

  • sometimes (especially in women) the appearance of vomiting;

  • lack of air;

  • shallow breathing.
