Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican State Treasurer and then First Apostolic Nuncio in Angola, consecrated Germaino Panemothe as bishop.

Vatican State Curator Cardinal Pietro Parolin visits the African country of Angola.

He came there for the consecration of Archbishop Germano Penemothe, the first Apostolic Nuncio of that time.

Metrabhisheka Karma was performed at Onthijiva on 12th Saturday (12/08/23).

Pope Francis nominated Archbishop Penemoto as the Apostolic Nuncio to Pakistan on June 16th.

Cardinal Parolin, who arrived in Luanda on Friday, met with representatives of the local Church and the government of Angola and conveyed the Pope’s blessing to them.

When asked by the media about the Pope’s visit to Angola, Cardinal Parole replied that the Pope wanted it with all his heart.

Cardinal Parolin also expressed his great joy by mentioning that he had set foot in Angola for the first time.
