A carabinero died this Wednesday following suffering a traffic accident when he attended a police procedure in the capital commune of La Florida.
According to information from the police institution, the first corporal of the motorized service Samuel Tiznano Rivas was going to the home of a person who had been the victim of a surprise robbery in the Salvador Metro (Providencia) when was hit by a private vehicle at the intersection of Mexico with Santa Amalia.
The police officer was seriously injured and He died in an ambulance en route to Las Florida Hospital.
Through social networks, Carabineros sent their “Deepest condolences to his family and close ones.”
