Car accident case: Police get permission to investigate accused in drug case – Pakistan

A new Prohibited Narcotics Act case has been registered against the accused Natasha in the Karsaz accident case, the investigating officer sought permission to investigate the accused Natasha, on which the court allowed the investigating officer to conduct the investigation in jail as per the rules.

Accused Natasha is in jail on judicial remand in the main case, a new case was registered against the accused under the Prohibited Drugs Act yesterday based on the medical report.

The said case against the accused Natasha was registered under FIR No. 242/2024, Section 11 of Prohibited Drugs has been imposed against the accused Natasha in the case.

In the accident, motorcyclist Imran Arif and his daughter Amna were killed while 4 civilians were seriously injured. Eyewitnesses said that the woman driving the jeep was not in her senses.

After hitting the motorbikes, the woman driving the jeep hit another vehicle in an attempt to escape, which destroyed the vehicle, but miraculously, the young man in the car was safe, while the jeep also overturned after the collision.

DSP Traffic Bahadurabad Section Ghulam Nabi said that the woman hit a parked vehicle and a motorcycle, the woman has been handed over to the local police while we shifted the injured to the hospital.
