2023 winner of the Agreen Start Up competition organized by the Chambers of Agriculture of Guadeloupe and Pays de la Loire, INRAe and the Region, Nahuel Tournebize, from the height of his 23 years, has the intimate conviction that our Creole goats can initiate a artisanal milk and cheese production chain.
