Capcom reminds Monster Hunter fans to grab their 3DS and Wii U entries before the eShop closes

Every day we get closer to closing our 3DS and Wii U eShop. Many companies issued reminders to grab their games on these platforms before they shut down, and now Capcom has joined the PSA in regards to the Monster Hunter games.

on the company Monster Hunter official social media accounts Issued an important reminder that the online store services will end later this month on March 27th. This means that Monster Hunter titles for this platform will not be available for new digital purchases. Fortunately, if you purchased them previously, they can still be re-downloaded in the future.

Here’s what happens:

Nintendo 3DS:
– Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
– Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
– Monster Hunter Generations

Wii U:
– Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

There are also some related Data Savers that you may want to have before shutting down. This program will not be available for new downloads following the store closes, but it can be re-downloaded in the future:

“Players wishing to use the Save Data Transfer Services in the future are strongly encouraged to download the software prior to the end of Nintendo eShop service on these platforms.”

Nintendo 3DS:

Another Monster Hunter title worth grabbing is the 2017 release, Monster Hunter Stories.
