Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar said that the Quaid-e-Azam had declared Kashmir as the artery of Pakistan, the issue of Kashmir has the first priority in our foreign policy.

He said that the Kashmir issue should be resolved on the basis of the resolutions of the Security Council and the aspirations of Kashmiris, they cannot remain indifferent to what is happening in Kashmir.
