Rockfish Games Studio has released a big video dedicated to the roadmap of the space simulator Everspace 2. The video tells regarding the new class of ships, changes in the resource collection and crafting system, improvements to various systems, as well as localizations.
Judging by the video, the Russian language is not worth waiting for – it is no longer in the road map. A rather strange move, given that Russian is the third most popular on Steam. Player reviews writethat localization was literally cancelled. Probably, the latest events in Ukraine are to blame for this.
The game also received some new story content, a lot of bug fixes, and new enemy ships. Particularly much attention is paid to the Stinger class of ships – fast and very dangerous vehicles.
Synopsis:
Unlock new alien species, mysteries, puzzles, treasures and protect your prey from space pirates. However, do not overestimate yourself: along the way you will meet dangerous zones full of generous rewards – but in order to get cool equipment and stay alive, you will have to show all your piloting skills and mastery of improvisation.
Everspace 2 is in early access and available on PC.
