84 Canadian citizens and their families successfully fled the Gaza Strip to Egypt on Sunday.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mélanie Joly, confirmed on X that they had crossed the Rafah border post.
“I would like to thank all of our staff, including those working at the Monitoring and Response Center, for ensuring their safe passage to Cairo,” she wrote.
Another 84 Canadians and members of their families crossed the Rafah crossing.
