Al-Shaalan clarified that the security personnel does have the right to record a violation, without losing their military status, if they commit a violation that goes once morest the military dress code while on duty.

Al-Shaalan received a question from a follower on his account on Tik Tok, in which he said: “Does the military have the right to give me a violation while carrying his name?”

Al-Shaalan replied, “Yes, the security man has the right to issue a violation while carrying his name. The fact that he committed what is considered a violation according to the military dress code does not mean that he has been stripped of his military status, but rather he exercises his job fully.”
