Campania in Salute, the app and portal for the new digital healthcare services of the Campania Region

With the Citizen’s Health Portal (reachable at the link and theApp Campania in Salute today the citizens of Campania can access many digital health services designed for the whole family. Two innovative digital healthcare tools implemented by the Campania Region, created by Soresa and co-financed with European funds through the POR Campania FESR 2014-2020, which have the aim of “bringing” regional healthcare services directly onto smartphones, tablets and on the computers of the towns and citizens of Campania, while at the same time avoiding the dispersion and disintegration of the services themselves.

Among the most innovative services – accessed with SPID or with the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) – there is the Single Regional CUP which allows you to book a specialist service by choosing the province of your preference and viewing the availability which is sorted based on the priority class indicated by the doctor on the prescription. The booking system allows you to pay the ticket conveniently with PagoPA.

The online service is also widely used Choice of Doctor and Pediatrician which allows you to select the general practitioner as well as the pediatrician for your children with just a few clicks. The service is also useful for downloading the health card.

The service is also online on the App and Portal Vaccination kit which allows you to consult the vaccinations carried out as well as always keep an eye on the vaccination calendar. The digital service also allows you to plan future vaccinations.

With the service Ticket Exemption, Income Certification it is possible to self-certify the income for the purposes of obtaining exemptions from the ticket and it can be used by citizens to independently manage their income exemptions and consult all the active ones.

The App and Portal also allow citizens of Campania to consult their medical history with the Electronic Health Record, scrolling through the list of your health documents (certificates, diagnoses, prescriptions), generated by public and private structures. In emergency cases, the File provides emergency room doctors with the information necessary for correct and timely intervention.

The challenge of the future is the services of Telemedicineor the Televisit and the Teleconsulto. With Televisit, after the first visit you can carry out subsequent checks directly from home, without going to the clinic or hospital. Teleconsultation, on the other hand, connects specialists from different hospitals who can connect with each other to identify the best therapeutic paths suited to the needs of the citizens of Campania.
