Camille Charland Perez launches Oregon, a company that makes dream house plans

Designer Camille Charland Perez, known to the general public thanks to her role as a TV host Renovate to rent et Life-size mini chalet, just launched Oregon, a company that offers high-end home plans inspired by the West Coast. Everything for a simplified construction dream.

If the refined living areas, the noble materials and the contact with nature seduce you, the house plans offered by Oregon will charm you! The company’s plans indeed set themselves apart from what’s currently on the market, offering a foray into the West Coast way of life.

The styles of the houses, varied, are always linked to the philosophy of proximity to nature that goes so well with the west coast, its mountains, its ocean and its vast expanses. The company also skilfully incorporates nature into its projects: green roofs, interior courtyards, greenhouses attached to houses and rainwater harvesting devices are also available.

Various models

The customer will thus be spoiled for choice with, for example, the Mid-Valley model, for lovers of Mid-Century design, the Sherwood model, whose A-frame will find its place in the heart of the forest, or even the Pebble and Wensley models, elegant cottages in the countryside or by the sea.

For each model, offered in limited quantities, the future client can view the plans and 3D renderings in order to project themselves into the spaces, and have the details of the house and the estimated construction cost.

Each year, the company will offer new models, in addition to auxiliary buildings such as independent studios for mini-offices, intergenerational houses or even saunas.

All in one

In addition to the plans, Oregon offers “the design box”, a box of samples pre-selected by Camille, including floors, cabinets, counters, ceramics, exterior cladding, etc.

“Clients often see the development project as a headache when there are too many choices,” describes designer Camille Charland Perez. This is what made us want to simplify the process by providing a list of materials and furniture elements in addition to the architectural plan. »

To simplify the process, again!
