He joked that neither new schools nor new hospitals have been built in the country, but new prisons are promised.
“It is truly regrettable and embarrassing what these government officials are doing. Please, calm down, open the boxes, comply with the Constitution and the laws. With threats and repression, what you will have is a rebellious people.”he emphasized.
