Techland celebrates the 10th anniversary of Call of Juarez: Gunslinger
Techland celebrates the 10th anniversary of Call of Juarez: Gunslinger with an exclusive pack of Wild West themed items and an entire week of Undead or Alive firefights in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
10 years have passed since the release of the legendary Call of Juarez: Gunsliger, Techland’s flagship Wild West series. This epic adventure of a ruthless bounty hunter on the trail of the west’s most notorious bandits has captured the attention of millions of players around the world.
Western style not Call of Juarez
To celebrate, Techland is bringing Western style to Dying Light 2. During the Undead or Alive event, which begins on May 31st at 11:00 am PDT and ends on June 7th at 11:00 am, players will need to keep their sights sharp and very calm to dispense legendary justice with the help of a Gunslinger series themed Boomstick, also known as the Mean-ass gun.
The aforementioned Boomstick can only be discovered during the event, in which players will have a chance to come across a special infected (except viral), mail vans, ambulances and military trucks.
Players who channel their inner Billy the Kid will be able to complete certain objectives throughout the week of the event, having the opportunity to unlock exclusive items referencing Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, including charms such as Ray McaCall’s, Dynamite, Bowie Knife , which resembles a machete (the project’s weapon and blueprint), along with 25 Pilgrim Tokens to exchange for equipment on the Pilgrim Outpost website.

Techland is also releasing select items such as the Silas Greaves outfit, the Gunslinger’s Paraglider and a dynamite blueprint, along with the Bowie Knife weapon and the aforementioned blueprint. It’s all included in the Gunslinger Bundle, the West’s finest addition to a notorious outlaw’s inventory.
