There was already a lot of teasing and rumoring this week, now it’s official: Call of Duty: Warzone is being visited by two legends, quite large ones, one hairy, one scaly.
Just a few days ago, teaser images caused the first rumors that Godzilla was making a trip to Caldera. Now it’s finally and official, Call of Duty: Warzone gets a visit from Godzilla and King Kong.
The two legendary monsters will come into play in May with the planned update called Operation Monarch and now live out their old rivalry in the game. Although it is not yet entirely clear how this crossover will come about, the trailer already gives some clues.
Apparently, the detonation of the Nazis’ Nebula bomb made sure that something was awakened – that is, at least one of the two monsters, followed by a chronic bad mood because it was torn from sleep. And then it comes to the showdown on Caldera.
Operation Monarch is scheduled to launch on May 11th, so you can see for yourself what drives the two kings of monsters to Caldera.
