Activision would have made the decision to postpone the release of Call Of Duty 2023 for a year. In other words, next year’s opus will be launched in 2024.
It’s not really a surprise. Call of Duty: Vanguard landed in 2021. Its reception was mixed due to a title that was sorely lacking in completion. Fans of the series and the gaming community have pointed out numerous bugs and performance issues. Activision seems to have taken note of these remarks.
Call of Duty, no new opus in 2023
At least that’s what a recent report. Activision would have decided to postpone the release of the 2023 episode of Call of Duty. The game will be offered in the course of the year 2024 but without a precise timetable for the moment. On the other hand, the sequel to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, perhaps Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is still planned for this year. Its release should take place next fall as planned.
