The Al Omrane Marrakech-Safi Company has announced the opening of a call for tenders for the development works of the Marrakech city hall. This call for tenders, open to a discount or a premium, aims to select the company that will be in charge of the work to complete the town hall of Marrakech.
To participate, bidders must provide a provisional guarantee in the amount of 100,000 dirhams. The total cost of the services is estimated at nearly 7.7 million dirhams.
The works cover, among other things, the treatment of the facades, the road works and horizontal signs, the planting works or the rehabilitation works of the refreshment bar.
The opening of the bids will take place in public session, on July 13, 2023 at 10 a.m., in the offices of the general manager of Al Omrane Marrakech-Safi.
