The Commission for access of people born from medically assisted procreation to data from third-party donors (CAPADD) is launching a call for expressions of interest for “Support for information and psychological support in the context of access to the origins »
The bioethics law voted in 2021 makes it possible to provide answers to people resulting from a donation of spermatozoa, oocytes or embryos who have questions regarding their origins.
These persons may, upon reaching majority and if they so wish, request access to the identity of the donor (birth name, first name(s), sex, date and place of birth) as well as their non-identifying data (age , family and professional situation, physical characteristics, general condition, country of birth, reasons for the donation).
The Commission for Access to Data from Third-Party Donors for People Born from Medically Assisted Procreation (CAPADD) responds to requests from these people. It is placed with the Minister of Health and chaired by a magistrate of the judicial order.
The mission envisaged within the framework of the call for expressions of interest aims to support CAPADD in terms of information and support for applicants and donors from a psychological perspective. It has two distinct and complementary parts:
A first component of general support for the information and support mission of CAPADD, taking into account issues of a psychological nature.
A second part relating to individual situations encountered by CAPADD.
This market is governed by the provisions of article R2122-8 of the public procurement code.
