Stanley McFadden, Stockton Police Chief said at a press conference on Saturday that Authorities believed Mr Brownlee was on his way to kill his seventh victim, but was caught early. “Our observation team followed the man as he was driving. We observed his pattern and commented this morning (Saturday) that he was on his way to kill.”
“When the police approached him He was dressed in black and had a mask hanging around his neck. He also carried a gun with him when he was in custody,” McFadden said, adding that Mr Brownlee would be brought to court on charges of murder and others. on this tuesday
Mr Brownlee was also accused of murder without prior provocation. His first victim was Paul Yaw, 35, who was killed on July 8, followed by Salvador Debouday Jr., 43, on Aug. 11, Jona. Than Hernandez Rodriguez was 21 on Aug. 30, Mr Juan Cruz was 52 on Sept. 21 and Mr Lawrence Lopez Sr. was aged. 54 years on 27 Sept.
