Major General Khaled Abdel-Al, Governor of Cairo, approved the schedule First semester exams For the academic year 2022/2023, exams will take place from January 5 to January 25, 2023.
The governor of Cairo stressed the need to take all precautionary and preventive measures before and during exams in order to ensure the health and safety of students, and to provide all necessary facilities for students to perform their exams with ease.
Ayman Moussa, director of the Education Directorate in Cairo, indicated that students of the fourth and fifth grades of primary school and their equivalent will take exams from Thursday, January 12 to Tuesday, January 17, and exams for sixth grade students and their equivalent will take place from Thursday, January 5, until Wednesday, January 11. And exams for the first general and mathematical preparatory exams and their equivalent from Thursday, January 5 to Thursday, January 12, and exams for the second general and mathematical preparatory exams and their equivalent from Tuesday, January 10 to Monday, January 16, and professional preparatory transfer exams from Tuesday, January 10 to Monday, January 16.
And the general preparatory, mathematical, deaf and blind exams from Wednesday, January 18th until Wednesday, January 25th, and the vocational preparatory exams from Wednesday, January 18th until Wednesday, January 25th, and the transfer exams for technical education from Monday, January 9th until Wednesday, January 25th.
The first and second secondary exams and their equivalents are from Saturday, January 14 to Wednesday, January 25.
The Director of the Directorate of Education in Cairo indicated that the exams will stop on Saturday, January 7, due to Christmas, and on Thursday, January 19, the Epiphany Day, and Thursday, January 26, the Police Day.
