Cahuzac-sur-Vere. A short film about lupus

In order to raise awareness of this autoimmune disease, lupus, the Lupus France association has produced a short awareness-raising film in the town of Cahuzac-sur-Vère which aims to raise awareness of the association and the problems encountered by people with this pathology.

Lupus is a disorder of the immune system. This disease can affect different organs such as the skin, kidneys or joints. Lifelong treatment is required for stability. This disease can in the long run cause difficulties with certain gestures of daily life such as drying your hair, carrying heavy loads. The production of this short film was possible thanks to volunteer extras, mainly from the village of Cahuzac and its surroundings, but also to the owners where the scenes of the film were shot.

President Johanna Fava-Clouscard thanks all the participants as well as the film crew of Philippe Renaud and his assistants Dany, Lise and Maureen and the make-up artist Miss Vanessa Tardieu. This video will be broadcast soon at the village hall of Cahuzac, in order to thank all the volunteer participants without whom this would not have been possible, also the owners where certain scenes of the film took place (Vival grocery store, the Astrolabe house , doctor’s office, Ms. Azam’s lodging).

A sporting event organized by the Lupus France association is scheduled for May 27, with hiking and trail running followed by an evening meal where people from all over France make the trip. information on 06 72 05 60 32 or via Facebook Lupus France; opportunity to donate via www.lupusfrance.com/
