On February 13, the name Elton Almada appeared in the list of players of the Hanoi Police Club (CAHN) on the homepage of VPF. He will be one of three foreign players of the team for the rest of the season, alongside midfielder Jhon Cley and striker Gustavo Henrique.
Almada was born in 1993 in Switzerland but has Portuguese nationality, playing as a central defender. In the period 2008-2013, he trained at Arsenal furnace. In 2015, Almada signed a professional contract with Club Brugge, the top team in the Belgian national championship.
However, Almada could not compete for the position here and had to leave without making any appearances. After that, the central defender switched to SC Braga B (Portugal), Lausanne (Switzerland) and Miedz Legnica (Poland).
