The rental conflict surrounding Café Landtmann was resolved amicably and amicably as part of a court settlement. The dispute hearing on September 29, 2023 will no longer take place.
Vienna (OTS) – The dispute proceedings between Querfelds Wiener Kaffeehaus GmbH, the operator of Café Landtmann in Vienna 1, and the landlord Novoreal AG, which have been pending since 2021, will be ended amicably and amicably. The parties have reached a settlement. The dispute hearing scheduled for September 29, 2023 will therefore no longer take place.
Querfelds Wiener Kaffeehaus GmbH continues to operate Café Landtmann at its previous location. Berndt Querfeld is pleased regarding the agreement and the continued collaboration with Novoreal. Also Dr. Martina Schmidradner, CEO of Novoreal AG, welcomes “the fact that we have found a fair solution in a spirit of partnership.”
