The Ministry of the Interior issued the annual police movement, in the context of injecting new blood into the police force, where it is customary to conduct annual transfers.
Recognizing the importance and value of continuing to develop police work mechanisms to meet security challenges and comply with the requirements of the current stage, the movement of promotions and transfers of police officers for the year 2022 came in line with the policy and directions of the state in escalating young elements to benefit from them in all areas of security work, through the expansion of the movement of promotions to higher ranks. And Al Wasta to prepare a new generation of young leaders as a nucleus for future police leadership.
In this regard, the main indicators of movement came as follows:
• Strengthening security directorates and public service bodies with the best functional and health elements to improve security services provided to citizens.
• Taking into account the social and health conditions of the officers, within the framework of the rules in order to achieve social, psychological and job stability.
