According to a very serious American survey, the purchase of an iPhone is enough to push the customer to fall for an Apple Watch and AirPods followingwards.
Apple is, without a doubt, one of the strongest brands on the market. Generally, when a customer owns an iPhone or another product from the brand, they do not stick to this single purchase. The firm has established a strong ecosystem, so much so that it becomes difficult to buy only one device and not succumb to the temptation of additional purchases.
According to a study conducted by the CIRP (Consumer Intelligence Research Partners, Editor’s note.) between June 2022 and June 2023, the iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods, which together represent 60% of Apple’s revenue, form an effective triplet.
And for good reason, 25% of iPhone owners have fallen for a smartwatch. This figure rises to 29% for those who purchased a pair of AirPods. 12% of iPhone users have purchased both an Apple Watch and AirPods.
A blatant statistic, a symbol of the strength of Apple’s appeal and the loyalty it has created among its customers. “Like the Apple Watch, AirPods are designed to integrate seamlessly into the iPhone user experience”points out the CIRP.
