Céline Dion, Stromae, Amy Winehouse, Robin Williams, Jean-Pascal Lacoste: they all participate, or almost, in the show An Almost Perfect Dinner from April 15 to 19, 2024. In fact, W9 is offering a special lookalike week of its famous cooking competition. Only the former Star Academy candidate acts as an undercover star, posing as a certain Patrick from Tarbes. During the first dinner of the week, he went to Alain’s house, dressed as Mrs. Doubtfire, the character played by actor Robin Williams in the film released in 1993.
Immediately, he pretended to be annoyed by his resemblance to Jean-Pascal. “I’ve been called Jean-Pascal for 20 years, I can’t take it anymore, it’s awful. In the street, I’m mocked, the agitator, Jean-Pascal… What’s more, I I saw, he has a big head, I find him worthless, so being associated with him bothers me,” he declared. Thanks to these comments, the lookalikes of Robin Williams, Amy Winehouse and Stromae saw nothing but fire. The whole team then sat down at the table. It was then that Jean-Pascal saw behavior that was, to say the least, disconcerting on the part of his host (video):
A denture soaked in Jean-Pascal’s glass of water
Right following serving soup to her guests, Mrs. Doubtfire indicated she had to take a pill. She then placed her dentures… in Jean-Pascal’s glass of water. “Soak it. It’ll last regarding ten minutes,” she exclaimed. Enough to leave Mario Barravecchia’s sidekick totally stunned. “But is it real?” he asked. “Yes, it’s a real one, I have two, a spare,” replied Alain, fully in his role as a Robin Williams lookalike.
Jean-Pascal unable to drink throughout the meal
Mrs. Doubtfire then took back her dentures and put them in her purse. “It’s disgusting,” said Jean-Pascal Lacoste in front of the show’s camera. “Just thinking regarding it…” he continued, making a grimace of disgust. He is not the only one to have lost his appetite, since the Stromae look-alike claimed to have been “traumatized”. But the interpreter of The Agitator is the only one who, following this scene, did not drink a single drop of water during the rest of the meal…
