Business leaders sued over climate

The NGO ClientEarth is suing 11 directors of Shell, whom it accuses of not having prepared the oil company for climate change. Shell, which generated record profits last year, believes on the contrary that they acted in its interest. If these administrators were found guilty, what penalties might be imposed on them?
