According to her, the new Hermanas business center will offer the market more than 10,000 square meters. m. spaces for offices and it seems that the market will absorb such space in a short time.

“We are taking on this project because it is interesting and provides an opportunity to contribute to the creation of the modern face of the new center of Kaunas on the left bank of the Nemunas. We will also implement the work of the architect studio of the national award winner Rolandas Palekas,” says Mantas Bagdonavičius, head of Veikmės stabybos.

Spaces for both large and small businesses

In the new 8-story Hermanas business center, floor areas will vary from 1,044 to 1,500 square meters. m., which will be extremely attractive to larger companies that will be able to occupy the entire floor. The plans also include several smaller ones, 106-305 sq.m. m. spacious offices.

It is planned that the A++ class office building in “Nemunaičiai” will be assessed with the “WELL” certificate, which focuses special attention on human health and well-being in the design and operation of buildings, and the BREEAM “In-Use” sustainability certificate is also planned.

In order to maintain architectural consistency, the second phase of “Nemunaičiai” was created together with the architect studio of the winner of the National Prize, Rolandas Palek. Here, a lot of attention is paid to sustainable and architecturally aesthetic solutions. The “Hermanos” business center is planned with even three outdoor terraces, where employees will be able to enjoy the view of the Nemunas.

The modern new center of Kaunas is born

The construction of this business center marks the beginning of the second phase of the development of “Nemunaičiai”, which includes both residential and commercial buildings with green areas, a waterfront promenade, a central square and other spaces important to the community. “SBA Urban” plans to develop a new attractive district in a 6 ha area on the left bank of the Nemunas within a few years.

According to I.Navickaitė, it is expected that both the development of the “Nemunaičiai” project and the infrastructure created here by the Kaunas Municipality will be appreciated not only by business, but also by residents – the pedestrian bridge from the left side of the Nemunas to the Nemunas Island, the reconstruction of H. and O. Minkovskii Street, MKČiurlionis Arts Center – only emphasizes the perspective of the territory. The market trust in the experienced and well-known developer “SBA Urban” in Kaunas is also felt.
