The Islamabad High Court again issued notices to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the Balochistan Police in the case of providing the details of the cases of Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder chairman Imran Khan and the former First Lady, while the Rawalpindi Police issued a notice to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Balochistan Police. Bibi was named accused in 11 cases of May 9, including the GHQ attack.

Justice Amir Farooq of Islamabad High Court heard the case of providing details of the cases filed against Bushra Bibi, Sardar Latif Khosa’s assistant counsel appeared in the court.

At the beginning of the hearing, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) submitted a response to the court order, NAB Prosecutor Rafi Maqsood said that 4 cases are registered against Bushra Bibi in NAB, 3 cases are registered in NAB Rawalpindi and one case is registered in NAB Lahore. is listed.

Rawalpindi Police and Islamabad Police also submitted their response, however, FIA and Balochistan Police did not submit their response to the court.

During the hearing, the details of the cases filed against Bushra Bibi were presented in the Islamabad High Court, while the submission report of the Rawalpindi Police came out.

Rawalpindi Police named Bushra Bibi as an accused in 11 cases including the GHQ attack on May 9 and submitted the details of 11 cases filed against her in Rawalpindi district in the High Court.

Case of attack on Bushra Bibi, Army Museum, GHQ Gate 4, burning of sensitive military building in Sadar Cantt, attack on office of sensitive organization on Murree Road, arson and vandalism in various areas, RA Bazar Police Station, Civil Line, New Town, City, Waras Khan, Taxila police station has been named in the cases.

Later, the court issued notice to FIA and Balochistan Police again for Monday and adjourned further hearing of the case till Monday.
