The driver of the bus who overturned Sunday followingnoon on the E19 in Schoten, killing two and seriously injuring ten, was already known in France for drug-related offenses, the Antwerp prosecutor’s office revealed on Monday. The saliva test carried out by the 35-year-old Frenchman following the accident tested positive.
The prosecution also indicated that the analysis of the bus tachograph showed that the driving and rest times were respected.
