An international coach crashed in the early hours of Tuesday morning in the Carinthian district of St. Veit an der Glan near Micheldorf. According to initial information from the police, a woman died, around 20 other passengers were injured, one person seriously. Most of the injured were taken to the Friesach Hospital, the seriously injured person was taken to the Klagenfurt Clinic. According to the Red Cross, the bus probably hit a concrete guardrail and overturned.
The vehicle involved in the accident was a double-decker bus with more than 40 people on board.
