The operation to control land for use other than residential will be launched tomorrow April 1, 2023 throughout the national territory.
This was indicated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) on March 31, 2023 during a press conference.
This control operation, which will be carried out by the technical services of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Prospective, will last until 30 April.
The DGI understands by land for use other than housing, land intended for activities related to housing.
