The list of interested parties for FC Bayern’s Mathys Tel is apparently getting longer. As the “Kicker” reports, several Bundesliga clubs, including Werder Bremen, are dealing with the 18-year-old center forward. The Frenchman had previously been associated with FC Augsburg.

According to reports, the Munich team at Tel are considering a loan within Germany so that the youngster can gain more experience. Since his €20 million move from Stade Rennes to the German record champions last summer, he has played 28 games in which he was only twice in the starting XI. His hit tally was six, five of them in the Bundesliga, making him the most efficient Bundesliga professional in front of goal. In a league-wide comparison of all players who scored at least five goals, Tel only needed an average of 79 minutes per goal.

For Werder, a Tel loan would be another transfer coup this summer following the Green-Whites signed Naby Keïta from Liverpool on a free transfer. With a market value of 20 million euros, Tel would be the most valuable player in Ole Werner’s team.
