[아이뉴스24 유지희 기자] When former national speed skater Noh Noh-yeong (33) lost a lawsuit for damages related to so-called ‘bullying driving’ with Kim Bo-reum (29), a national speed skater, he appealed once morest the judgment of the first trial.

According to the legal circles on the 21st, Noh Noh-young’s side filed an appeal with the Civil Division 36 of the Seoul Central District Court on the 17th (Presiding Judge Hwang Soon-hyeon).

The court said, “The fact that the defendant used abusive language and abusive language to the plaintiff, who is a junior, was admitted between November and December 2017.” However, abusive language inflicted before November 2017 was excluded from the scope of compensation because the statute of limitations had expired.

All claims for psychological damage due to defamation were dismissed.
