The conference was attended by the Minister of Information, Ziad Makari, the Director General of Sports Facilities and the representative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mohamed Saeed Oueidat, the representative of the Minister of Culture, Abdo Choueifati, Brigadier General Mohamed Fassaei, representing the Commander of the Higher Center for Military Sports, the President of the Olympic Committee, Pierre Al-Jalkh, the guest of honor, the UFC ARABIA commentator, and the representative of the organization “ MEFC” Riyad Al-Taqi, in addition to heads of federations and active figures in the world of martial arts, including international trainers and fighters, personalities and interested parties.

The conference began with a speech by the President of the Federation, Muhammad Dagher, in which he said: “There are many difficulties and challenges that have occurred to us over the past few years, and all of them do not lead to optimism, but despite all these challenges, hope and faith in this country remain alive, and what is happening today is the greatest evidence of that.” “.

He added: “We are honored to sponsor this partnership and be part of this great project, and we are also honored to see the birth of “GOC” on its first day.”

He continued: “Today we are witnessing the entry of the workshop into this world with what it represents, and if this matter indicates anything, it indicates the concept that we started with as a Lebanese federation, which is, building a successful, educated, and productive sports generation, capable of raising the head of its people and country and this matter.” “It is embodied through this partnership, which is among our priorities as a Lebanese federation.”

In turn, the representative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Muhammad Oweidat, hoped that “competition in sports will expand to spread throughout our land and our country.
