Game performance worsens with Windows 11 22H2

Windows 11 21H1 worked fine without such a thing. I just updated to Windows 11 22H2 and all my games have erratic framerates. This was not the case in previous versions. I’m using a Ryzen 5 3600/GTX 1070. I’m having a similar problem. Rolling back to the previous version fixed everything. I don’t feel any difference from before.
