K-Pop idol group BTOB has canceled their fan meeting in Jakarta, titled 2024 BTOB FANCON OUR DREAM due to contract issues with the event organizer.
“Hello, this is APlanet Entertainment. We regret to inform you that 2024 BTOB FANCON OUR DREAM IN JAKARTA, originally scheduled for July 13 at 3:00 PM WIB, has been canceled,” wrote APlanet Entertainment, an advertising promoter that connects K-Pop artist events with local promoters, through an official announcement on Tuesday (2/7).
After holding internal discussions with BTOB’s agency, APlanet Entertainment decided to cancel BTOB’s fan meeting in Jakarta due to unforeseen reasons.
This is because Seraph Entertainment, as the local promoter appointed as the organizer of the BTOB fan meeting event in Jakarta, did not fulfill their obligations according to the agreed contract.
“The show was canceled due to contractual issues, such as inadequate local (promoter) preparation and failure to fulfill contractual obligations,” APlanet wrote.
For fans who have already purchased tickets for this event, APlanet promises to immediately refund their money through the tiket.com refund system.

APlanet also apologized to fans for the cancellation of the event. However, APlanet Entertainment promised to improve their performance so that something like this does not happen once more.
“Once once more, we sincerely apologize for bringing this sad news to the fans who have been waiting for it,” APlanet concluded.
2024 BTOB FANCON OUR DREAM IN JAKARTA, previously scheduled to be held on July 13, 2024 at Balai Sarbini, Jakarta. This will be BTOB’s first visit to Indonesia following several years.
However, the event had to be cancelled due to a contractual discrepancy with the organizers.
So far, Seraph Entertainment has not made a statement regarding the cancellation of BTOB’s fan meeting in Jakarta. (Ant/Z-1)
