A 16-year-old young man was kidnapped in the center of Brussels (near a café on Avenue Lemonnier) overnight from Wednesday to Thursday, Het Nieuwsblad reports. He was dragged into a car by four men.
Two hours later, well following 4 a.m., the teenager was found near the Westland shopping center on the Brussels Ring. He was naked and had burns. His attackers had crushed several cigarette butts on his body. His nose was also broken, likely from a punch to the face. The young man was taken to hospital. His condition is stable.
The case would have taken place within an Albanian network. The young victim, herself of Albanian origin, allegedly assaulted and abused a prostitute. His pimp and his friends then took revenge. The perpetrators of the attack are currently untraceable.
