If you plan to go to Brussels, or travel around the capital, at the start of the week, take your precautions. The Brussels police say that a state visit by Portuguese officials to Belgium will cause traffic disruptions on October 16, 17, 18 and 19.
“We advise you to use public transport or bicycle,” the police wrote on X.
