Rudi Vervoort (PS) was clear last November when he presented his preliminary draft order: in Brussels, priority for accommodation, then far behind for furnished tourist accommodation. Renting out your property on Airbnb.com will soon be governed by a new text – which is currently following “the classic legislative path”, we are assured by the cabinet of the Minister-President –, but we should not expect here to general softening.
