Lhe city of Brussels will distribute thousands of free parking tickets. It is Fabian Maingain, the alderman of Economic Affairs of the municipality, announced the good news on Tuesday. This measure is intended as a support measure for merchants.

180,000 parking tickets, valid for one hour, will be distributed and accepted in the operation’s 18 partner car parks inside the Pentagon. The alderman assured that in addition to supporting traders, this measure made it possible to support “the change in the behavior of motorists by directing them to the various car parks in the city”.
