Lhe median price of apartments is increasing in Brussels. Here is what emerges from the figures produced by the Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries.

From 239,900 euros in 2021, the median price of apartments rose to 250,000 euros in 2022.

Here are the five municipalities in which the median price of apartments is the highest in 2022:

Woluwe-Saint-Pierre: 360,000 euros

Auderghem: 329,000 euros

Uccle: 325,000 euros

Woluwe-Saint-Lambert: 325,000 euros

Ixelles: 312,000 euros
