They believe that dogs should have owners, and they don’t know if they are lost or abandoned. The volunteer also thanked the restaurant staff for helping the dog so that the dog could receive treatment.
The dog’s wound is recovering. It needs to be washed morning and evening and given medicine. The heartworm will be treated later. At present, the dog owner has not yet contacted the volunteers. RCAP appeals to the owner or anyone who knows the dog’s background to contact RCAP.
