Brown leads the Celtics past the Pelicans to take the lead

And in his latest preparations for the upcoming confrontation with the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday, Boston presented a coherent performance and succeeded in beating the Pelicans, third in the Western region.

Lopez restored the Bucks’ lead with a three-pointer, which gave his team a 104-103 lead, then caught the last moments, achieving victory.

“We’re resilient, and we don’t like to lose,” Holiday said following the Bucks win.

He continued, “The close matches help us understand the lessons, as we can decide the matches and benefit from that in the future.”

38 points for Morant

The star, Ja Morant, returned following missing two matches due to injury, to score 38 points and lead the Memphis Grizzlies to their eighth consecutive victory, at the expense of the San Antonio Spurs 135-129.

Memphis raised its tally to 28 wins once morest 13 losses, equally with the Denver Nuggets, the leaders of the Western Region, and the winner by a big score over its guest, the Phoenix Suns, 126-97.

In Wednesday’s matches, the Detroit Pistons left the bottom of the Eastern Region standings (12-33), by defeating its guest Minnesota Timberwolves 135-118, as Seddik B was the best scorer with 31 points, so that his team achieved its first victory following three losses and exchanged the bottom of the standings with the Charlotte Hornets.
