The audience knows well the artist Abdel Warath Asser, due to his great roles in the films “Salamah”, “Aida”, “Tears of Love”, “Happy Day”, “Love in the Dark”, “Youth of an Woman” with Tahia Karioka, and “Struggle in the Valley”, and “Professor Fatima” with Faten Hamama, but the artist Hussein Aser, brother of Abdel Warith, did not enjoy the same fame as his brother. Hussein’s artistic beginning was when he participated with the artist Beshara Wakim in one of the plays, and then participated in his first cinematic work, which is a movie “Zainab” directed by “Mohamed Karim”, then participated in the films Laila Bint Al-Aghani’, Hassan and Naima, Adham Al-Sharqawi, “A Tale from Our Country”, The Earth, Mouths and Rabbits, The Spark of Your Eyes.
