The eldest son of David Beckham, Brooklyn, 23, got married this Saturday evening, April 9. He married 27-year-old Nicola Peltz in Palm Beach, Florida. The wedding was celebrated with great fanfare with distinguished guests, such as Eva Longoria and Serena Williams. No photos from the event have yet been shared.
The list of guests had indeed been carefully drawn up. But, according to The Mirror, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry did not receive an invitation. In question ? The Beckham family apparently mightn’t agree on who to choose between William and Kate and Meghan and Harry. It finally appears that David and Victoria Beckham made the decision to invite the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, because of their long friendship.
A source, however, told The Mirror that the royal couple declined the invitation: “David and Victoria have written to William and Kate inviting them and the family to their son’s wedding, and William has replied wishing them much joy, but they cannot attend.” This weekend, it was indeed the first anniversary of the disappearance of prince Philip. For their part, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had however invited the Beckhams during their wedding in 2018. They therefore did not return the favor…
