The eldest son of LeBron James has decided which university he will play with in 2023. The Oregon Ducks, Ohio State Buckeys and Memphis Tigers will be without the talent of the son of the NBA’s top scorer.

Through his Instagram account, Bronny announced that he will play for the USC Trojans. James was ranked the 19th best prospect of the Class of 2023 by ESPN.

With this decision, 6-2 forward will stay close to home and his father in southern california. During his senior season, James posted 13.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.8 steals with Sierra Canyon High School.

Bronny will join a roster that will feature recent additions Isaiah Collier and Arrinten Page under head coach Andy Enfield.. The rest of the team will consist of Kobe Johnson, Malik Thomas, Reese Dixon-Waters, Vincent Iwuchukwu, Oziyah Sellers, Boogie Ellis, Zach Brooker, Tre White, Joshua Morgan, Harrison Hornery, Iaroslav Niagu and Kijani Wright.

James played in the McDonald’s All American Game and recorded 15 points and four assists in 19 minutes. Later, he was invited to Nike Hoop Summit in Portland where he racked up 11 points with four boards recovered.
