The British opposition Labor Party withdrew its support for a candidate who was competing for a seat in Parliament after the publication of recorded statements in which he adopted the idea of Israel’s involvement in a conspiracy.
The Labor Party announced that it had withdrawn its support for Azhar Ali, its candidate in a by-election in Rochdale in northern England to replace a deceased member, after it said that Israel had eased its security measures in the period preceding the attack launched by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) last year to pave the way for… Invasion of Gaza.

Ali said the United States had warned Israel a day earlier that Hamas was planning an attack and that they had “deliberately withdrew security” so they would have the opportunity to “do whatever they want,” according to a recording published by the Mail on Sunday newspaper.
