“The continued investment by UK Sport into the british Judo World Class Programme is testament to the success both on and off the mat,” said Andrew Scoular,Chief Executive of British Judo. “This funding will enable us to build on our recent achievements across both our Olympic and paralympic programmes and inspire the nation.”
The Olympic programme will receive £7,025,000, while the Paralympic programme will benefit from £1,050,000. This investment is crucial in allowing British Judo to develop its athletes for success in Los Angeles and beyond, including the Brisbane 2032 Games.
